What makes the XDC series unique compared to other drift events?

The XDC is bridging the gap between professional drifters and the field of amateurs where competitors travel from across the globe on any single event to drift on world class tracks and courses.  Competitors, rather than being localized, have come from Canada, Russia, Europe, Japan, and all across North America.  They are a unique breed in themselves that cannot be classified.  They can drift against the best, and wind up on top. Most of the drifters are "privateers" who have the sole passion to get on the track and share that experience with other like minded drifters.  As privateers, they use their personal vehicles typically funded by their own means.  No major support other than the determination and willingness to earn their own glory!  It's a balance of the drivers skill and their own personal machines that makes these drivers a force to watch out for. This makes the XDC field unique in itself where they are not "classified" as pro or amateur, rather a "Rising Star of the Drifting World".  Hence the new breed of XDC drivers are here to bring value to the drifting world in terms of energy, passion, and excitement.  Lookout Drifters of the past... here comes the XDC!
